Nominos&Gelati s.r.o. – shopping rules for our e-shop

1) Seller identification

2) Order and conclusion of contract

  • The order is a proposal to conclude a purchase contract.
  • The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order.
  • By submitting the order, the buyer confirms agreement with these terms.

3) Prices and delivery

  • Product prices are listed with each product.
  • The delivery price is always displayed when completing the order.
  • Delivery is provided by PPL or by our own delivery service Nominos rozvoz.
  • Delivery locations and times are listed on the website in the “Delivery schedule” section.

4) Delivery of goods

  • PPL usually delivers the shipment on the second working day.
  • The seller is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
  • For Nominos delivery, the goods are delivered according to the schedule on the website.

5) Payment terms

  • Cash on delivery upon receipt – only for Nominos rozvoz delivery
  • Cash on delivery
  • Online bank transfer
  • Bank transfers are usually processed within approximately 3 hours

6) Withdrawal from the contract (14 days)

  • The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
  • Please send the withdrawal by e-mail together with the order number.
  • The buyer is obliged to send back or hand over the goods to the seller without undue delay, no later than 14 days from withdrawal from the contract.
  • The seller shall return all payments received from the buyer without undue delay, no later than 14 days from withdrawal from the contract.
  • The seller is not obliged to return the received payments before receiving the goods back or before the buyer proves that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

7) Complaints (30 days)

  • Complaints are handled within the statutory period of 30 days.

  • Please include the order number, description of the issue and ideally a photo.

8) Personal data protection

  • Personal data is processed only for the purpose of handling the order.
  • Data is not provided to third parties except carriers and payment service providers.
  • Details are provided in the privacy policy on the website.

9) Out-of-court dispute resolution

  • Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.

10) Final provisions

  • These terms and conditions are valid from the above date.
  • The seller reserves the right to amend these terms.
